How to order?

I know that it can be confusing to order from me and hopefully my online ordering site will be ready before the end of the year. Also, I get orders from all over the world and it doesn't seem that any one system will work for everyone. The first step is to email me with the items you want and your address. That way I can handle the order. I usually ship orders the same day I receive them. For payment, I have many different methods. Here are all the ways that I have come up with for receiving payment.

1. PayPal - my PayPal account is george@engconcepts.net. For those who are not familiar with PayPal, it is a separate company who processes credit card transactions securely over the internet. You can go to www.paypal.com and sign up for a free account. Once the account is setup you can use your local credit card to "upload" money into your account. Then you can go to the tab to Send Money and enter my account email address (see above) and the amount and enter the description in the field provided. I will receive the funds in my account and an email instantly telling me about your order.

2. Direct Payment by credit card - If you prefer or if you are in a country that does not have PayPal and you wish to use your credit card, you can fax the details to me at US-205-823-5607. This will give me your order in a secure manner. If you include your email address in the fax, I will email you back and let you know I received the fax and will be shipping the order. Credit card details are: Name (as shown on card), Address (that the card is issued to), Expiration Date, and if possible the 3 little numbers on the back. I will keep the credit card details for about 30 days to make sure you have received the items and all is well and then it will be shredded. It is not in a database or online in any form.

3. If you have a bank account on US funds, you can send a check. Many countries actually have accounts based on US funds and this is OK with me.

4. You can request your bank to write you a bank check in US funds and mail that to the address below.

5. If you are a business or ordering for a business, governmental or educational institution, I can process normal Purchase Orders. I can ship and invoice as per the instructions on the PO.

6. Another option is to send the funds by Western Union. This has worked well for countries like Russia and other countries not listed in PayPal.

7. As a final option for those who can obtain US currency, or Euros, they can mail the equivalent sum in US dollars to me as well. Who knows what I will do with the Euros, so far I have just been saving them and hoping one day to get to Europe so I can spend them.
