A new tragedy

I finally got a good working online ecommerce system and it works great - http://www.supermagnetman.net but a new problem has emerged. PayPal does the online credit card processing but they do not do a good job of verifiying credit cards. This has cost me over $600 already due to their poor transaction verifications and I will be developing some double checks on systems and this may lead to some delays - primarily for international orders. I apologize for this delay but I am not sure what else to do. Their poor system generally takes a couple of months before I even know about the theft.

I am posting the identity of the criminal that has developed this criminal operation:
